Tukiluotsi is a Finnish social services company founded in 2024, providing individualized and impactful child welfare open care services for children, youth, and families. Our company was born from a genuine desire to develop services that meet the needs of today’s families – with empathy, professionalism, and a client-centered approach.

Tukiluotsi's founders, Marko and Tiia-Tuulia, are experienced social sector professionals united by shared values and a strong vision for better child welfare work. To us, being a reliable partner and a respectful employer is essential.
